The Hilton Apple Fest is a non profit organization dedicated to celebrating the heritage of the apple growing community in and around Hilton, New York, through an annual apple harvest celebration each autumn since 1981. The mission of the Hilton Apple Fest includes providing a place for apple growers, artisans and non profit community organizations to gather, share, celebrate and fundraise to support a healthy Hilton community. The festival provides family friendly entertainment and activities and is free for all to enjoy.
