Institute of Sukshi is a brainchild of Sukshi where periodically a 3 - month long Intern-to-hire program takes place. A fresh engineering graduate gets to hone in necessary technical skills and soft skill. This enables them to land a better and exciting job in the outside world. The inception and creation of the program has been a collaborative effort of seasoned professionals from the fields of Engineering, Design, Education, Business & Personality Development from Silicon Valley, USA & India.
