Eyedea Recognition Ltd. is a research and technology company focusing on developing high-end computer vision solutions, primarily on object detection and object recognition systems optimized for customer specifications. Eyedea Recognition develops and delivers number plate reading software (ANPR), face detection and face recognition routines, audience measurement systems, OCR routines, traffic sign detections software and content based image retrieval engines. Eyedea Recognition Ltd. was established in August 2006 as an university spin-off company at Czech Technical University in Prague. The company was founded by a group of researchers from Center for Machine Perception, Department of Cybernetics, FEE -CTU.
