The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI) is a training community and professional organization that provides resources, education and support to the psychoanalytic community and the public. The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Institute offers a dynamic opportunity for clinicians interested in expanding and deepening their professional skills and developing their identity as psychoanalysts. The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society (MPS) is an organization whose members share a common enthusiasm for furthering the understanding and application of psychoanalytic concepts to the practice of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and, more broadly, to issues of living in our contemporary society and culture. MPS provides psychoanalytically informed educational services to its members, the professional community and the public at large. Such educational services include psychoanalytically oriented training programs for clinicians, conferences, a low-fee psychotherapy clinic, clinical fellowships associated with the clinic, study groups, clinical seminars for community-based mental health organizations, and interdisciplinary study groups and fellowships.
