Registered with the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, ATS is currently classified under Grade C3 for the General Building Category and Grade C1 for the Civil Engineering category. In 2016, ATS was fully incorporated under the engineering and construction segment of Ocean Sky International Limited, a SGX Catalist-listed construction and property firm. In 2018, ATS incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ang Tong Seng Construction Pte.
