I have spent over 20 years working on manager positions within medium-sized companies. I have lot of experience on the fields of company acquisitions, restructuring, company moving during continuous performance and crises management connected with company growth. To be able to start growth of my team, I slowly began to coach individuals focusing on systematic coaching, which helps to reveal the potential for change and development to both individuals and teams. I elevated my coaching skills used within my own company by accomplishing the Gazelles International certification. I gradually sold my share in manufacturing company and started to pursue coaching of individuals and companies full time. Now a days I work as coach, mentor and also partner of executive managers of medium-sized firms within Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. My mission is to develop leaders, to help companies to grow and to cultivate business environment in Czech and Slovak Republic. Till now, I have completed over 1200 hours of client coaching, I am going through regular supervisions in systematic coaching and have been investing nearly 100 hours a year to my own education. I am focusing with my clients on developing company culture of responsibility and commitment and on development of the teams, where each and single individual is aware of the strategy, knows his role, and takes full responsibility for company and personal growth. Yet, my primer focus lies in development of company leaders. Thanks to Gazelles know-how I am providing simple tools and methods how to manage business in both simpler and more successful ways, how to simplify the complexity and how to turn problems into opportunities for change. Through systematic training I am helping to leaders and managers to work on the change of their paradigms and mindset, which is necessary for elevation of the firm to next level of business. I then complement my work by focusing on service excellence and the development of business teams.
