Simply put, most IT providers I worked with were reactionary,and were not proactive in support . I heard over and over from customers that support just was not getting to clients businesses to solve problems quickly enough. The method was the problem. So, with that thought in mind I created a firm that excelled in remote administration and prides itself on customer support. We provide response and resolutions in minutes where others take hours and even days to respond, much less correct the issue. (Some "Support Providers" sadly do not call at all from what their former clients tell me.) Businesses became aware quickly that computer networks were much better to share information through than putting data on a floppy disk and walking or driving that around. So why were the "innovative" IT support companies still going everywhere to fix the problems that could be solved immediately from across town or even across the country. Not only can we use these methods to provide faster support when needed, we also keep clients systems operating and maintain them proactively.
