The Entrepreneur and Venture Advice Clinic is a FREE legal advice service run by the Adelaide Law School. Housed within The University of Adelaide's venture accelerator ThincLab, confidential advice is available to individuals and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in relation to their business. Advice is offered on business structure; partnership, shareholder or security agreements; intellectual property; labour issues; taxation and corporate regulation. Guidance on patent law or patent applications is not available. Advice is offered by Adelaide's top Law students under the supervision of expert legal practitioners from our commercial partner, Cowell Clarke.
