The Latinas Welding Guild is a need-based program focused on creating barrier-less education and the advancement of women (18+ ages) in a field that has traditionally been less accessible to them. By providing a safe space to learn welding skills, along with childcare stipends, income-based scholarships, and language support, we empower our students to take control of their careers as they enter the industry.
