The Fire, Weather & Avalanche Center utilizes technology and recreation expertise to deliver accurate, useful, and scientific information to the backcountry user group, as well as the general public. Of significant importance to the products and services we provide is the easy-to-convey information for less-educated backcountry users and members of the public.
