MakersLoft is an organization that is championing “hands-on learning” in K-12 education in India. Our vision is to make STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Education enjoyable and relevant for students. We have trained over 16,500 students from the best schools across India, in STEM programs like Robotics, 3D Doodling, Coding etc. Our programs develop 21st century skills like creativity, teamwork, logical thinking, critical thinking, analytical skills and empathy in children. Our pedagogy “learning-by-doing” allows students to become active learners as it engages their hands as well as mind. Children learn best when they are engaged. In all our training programs students carry out physical activities, rather than listening to a lecture or reading text books. We conduct in-school and after-school training programs for school students from age 5 upwards, in Robotics, building blocks based STEAM activities, 3D Designing, 3D Printing, Programming, App Development, Website Building etc. We train students in schools as well as at our centers in Kolkata and Bangalore. We help schools setup design, innovation, Robotics and 3D Printing labs. We also train school teachers in our hands-on learning programs.
