REMAKEHUB is a young social enterprise, which provides circular solution for waste pollution in fashion industry. We provide creative and impactful recycling solutions on transforming waste into the new generational lifestyle products through high tech innovative material and sustainable design. We follow “Cradle to Cradle” design concept, promote resource reuse to extend the product life circle, thereby achieving zero-to-landfill, closing loop, cleaning up waste, prevent climate change, recover eco system, prevent animal extinction, and saving mother planet. We are leveraging technology to make production and consumption more sustainable, from the use of waste-made renewable materials/products to leveraging a blockchain-based sub-brand “REFUTURE” supply chain to increase transparency. Established in 2018, the business was built on a big ambition to support a “PLANET SCALE” solution for eradicating waste and embracing the circular economy, supported by the top leading manufactories and science-based experts in China. The team is formed by “ Planet Guardians” which includes scientist, engineer, artist, architect, entrepreneurs, super star, fashion designers. We have established our business for good in order to find the sweet balance spot on "people, planet, profit". REMAKEHUB is under UNDP Youth CO:LAB program, and highly committed to UN SDGs No.12 Responsible consumption and production, No.13 Climate action, No.14 Life below water, and No.17 Partnerships for the goals. It has won the 2018 UNDP Asia-Pacific youth SDG innovation award and has also been featured in CNA, CNC, ICS, Phoenix news, Forbes, UNDP, and TATLER etc. The original story of how REMAKEHUB was founded by Sissi was made into a mini movie by DBS Sparks Episode 4 “The Trash Princess” in 2019. Our mission is to clean up waste and remake them into renewable resources. To that end, we leverage innovation, technology and creative design to create impact and scale.
