Izbicki Family Medicine is an independently owned physician group providing personalized care. Our goal is to promote the patient-physician relationship. We’re modeling our practice so that both patients and physicians can have better relationships, ones based off knowledge, trust, and understanding of each individual and their unique circumstances, recognizing the numerous variables that factor into each person’s overall health and well-being. Unlike most traditional insurance-based medical practices where patients typically encounter large practice sizes, large numbers of patient visits per day, short, often-times hurried, office visits, and where patients may feel their health concerns are not being adequately addressed, Izbicki Family Medicine strives to break that mold and approach healthcare delivery differently.
