Hellenic Association of Photovoltaic Companies HELAPCO is a non-profit organisation representing the photovoltaic companies in Greece. It was established in 2002 by the majority of key PV companies active in Greece. HELAPCO is a member of the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA), the Network of National PV Associations (NNPVA), and the European Renewable Energies Federation (EREF). www.helapco.gr
