HAC Lifestyle Ltd delivers small group and one on one training sessions, gives nutritional advice, program writing, weight loss advice and training, rehabilitation training (post operation, injury recovery, chronic illness), general fitness, toning and shaping, sports specific training, GP Exercise Referral Specialist. HAC Lifestyle have been doing some voluntary work over in South Africa, getting patients from local practices with HIV into exercise to add some motivation and fun to their lives. I am designing the exercise programs and also looking at having some input to a website to offer nutritional and exercise information and advice.
