Our Purpose OPS develop tailored Supply Programs for select customers which provide their business with an ongoing, reliable, and competitive supply of Australian native hardwood saw logs. In developing these Supply Programs, OPS contribute to growing export markets for the Australian forestry industry while assisting landowners to generate income from the forested areas of their properties. Supply Chain Supply Programs developed for our customers includes the following aspects; - Landowners – OPS continually work to source and secure resource from private and state forests. - Harvesting – OPS work with professional harvesting teams to develop harvesting plans that align with forestry standards and customer specifications. - Haulage – OPS partner with trucking companies to deliver logs from the forest to container packing yard. - Packing Yard – OPS work closely with Packing Yards managing quality and coordinating delivery to align with shipping requirements. - Shipping Agent – coordinating ship bookings and shipping documents.
