Metriks specializes in products and education for Health Care professionals involved in the Assessment Industry. It was founded by Kevin Cairns in 2004 to provide Health Care professionals with education in the area of assessment and the associated human performance measurement tools. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has over 15 years experience in teaching Health Care Professionals assessment skills. He was one of 12 individual selected from over 100 Kinesiologists to develop the Kinesiologist Core Competency Profile. He was also appointed to the Item Writing Committee for the Entry-to-Practice exam for the College of Kinesiology.
