S.p.A. started its activity in civil engineering field, broadening the professional tradition of the founder up to the recovering of historic centers and monument, environmental, architectural and archaeological sites. P.T.I. S.p.A. is now a general consulting and engineering firm, keeping up its dimension of small firm, with a high technological core, based on the professional expertise of its about 50 collaborators, widening its own activity in the civil engineering fields (planning and works direction and supervision: hospitals, parking areas, universities and schools, touristic resorts, infrastructures, bridges, roads, railways, ports and airports, hydraulic infrastructures. and financial and economic advisory (project finance, economic programming, and so on) P.T.I. S.p.A. coordinates global services projects, for the integrated management of real estate, from their administration and maintenance, to their commercialization, also planning the economic process of the intervention.
