Three years ago, the PECO Energy Company (“PECO”) started a project in their Innovation Group to solve a persistent problem faced by Revenue Protection teams every day—asset security and safety issues around meter tampering and theft. PECO engaged Incoho’s sister software company, Crew Beacon, to design the Meter Defender software platform. Once successfully field tested, PECO again turned to Incoho, licensing the technology for commercialization. Incoho Advanced Technologies was born.
