As 2C Project House, we combine the business experience, leadership skills, technical expertise and market reach of our team with access to investment capital to serve as a springboard for our clients. Beyond the arms length services of traditional consulting, our team plays an active role in the execution of the strategies we curate. We act as an extension of our clients’ executive teams throughout each project.   2C Project House was established by Asli Ogay and Didem Altop, with the aim of bringing a new perspective to traditional consulting. With complementing backgrounds, the two founders joined forces in 2018 to merge their expertise, experience and networks as a fertile platform for synergy and innovation. 2C Project House is based in Istanbul, focused on building the competitive and innovative capabilities of start ups, companies and organizations.
