Niblock specialises in major refurbishment and renovation projects. It undertakes an extensive range of construction services, ranging from traditional forms of contract, to formal Partnering Agreements. The old adage that a company is only as good as its staff is never more true than at Niblock. We take pride in the fact that we have an average tenure of employment amongst our management staff of 17 years. Indeed, two employees began their careers with us as apprentices, and over the course of 25 years have risen to hold senior positions in the company. We believe this is due to the traditional values we hold, and our ideology of working with our clients, as opposed to simply working for them. This ‘partnering’ ethos is maintained throughout the company from board level through to site level.
