Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network (PCN) is a team of health professionals, led by family physicians, working together to provide and coordinate care for patients. Our PCN has 300 family physician members and 170 staff (nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, respiratory therapists, exercise specialists and administrative staff).
