From Waste to Taste Every part of the waste in our production process we use as a further resource in the production of food for people, animals, and plants. That is why our mushroom cultivation is a journey from agricultural waste to the production of high-quality organic food. Our production techniques are eco-friendly, meaning low energy input and high-quality output whilst respecting Blue Economy principles all the way. We think, dream, and speak zero-waste. Our Products We cultivate champignons as well as oyster mushrooms, all produced in a fully sustainable way on the principles of the circular economy. The Ekofungi mixes are our dehydrated products whose main and only ingredient are organic vegetables. Without salt, pesticides, and preservatives, full of vitamins, they are the ideal alternative to frozen vegetables. All our products are certified organic products.
