The American Health Innovation Academy (AHIA) enables efficient and effective end-to-end business transformation by optimizing healthcare organizations’ innovation capacity and capability, and their digital readiness. Combining research and workshops, organizational diagnostics, and easy to use innovation management and digital readiness approaches and tools, coupled with tailored processes that can be defined by each individual organization, AHIA will work with senior leadership to define their innovation and digital strategy and align this with their organizational innovation and digital capability, and key performance indicators.
