National Territorial Planning Agency From the establishment of National Territorial Planning Agency on 2009, in accordance with the law on Territorial Planning, we have offered our expertise supporting central and local planning units, ensuring public access on information regarding urban planning and building permits. Our mission is to support professional dialogue in territorial planning and to expand the know-how we have acquired during our experience in this domain. Current Projects: Atelier Albania A.A will draw up the process for the urban and territorial transforming projects in collaboration with all the interested Ministries, social society and all the stakeholders involved. Atelier Albania will design and coordinate the strategy for the new development plan. A.A. will work as a platform connecting local experts with foreigners, groups of interest, building capacities in all society levels regarding the spatial, territorial and urban development in Albania.
