The mission of CCC Leadership is to support women in the nonprofit and education sectors to enhance their authenticity and influence, in order to contribute to community-level impact. CCC Leadership offers a four-month leadership program for women in the nonprofit and education sectors, adapted from the transformational, year-long, Power of Self program founded in 2000 by Marsha Clark and Associates. This is an intensive leadership program that will help participants learn more about themselves and their natural tendencies (through six assessments), gain clarity on their values and vision, learn tools to lead with greater influence, and translate what they have learned into action working one-on-one with an executive coach. At the conclusion of the program, participants will report growth in their ability to: Authentically and confidently lead at work, within their family, and community Gain clarity and self-awareness Understand, value, and positively leverage differences of others Optimize performance in organizational systems Enhance their network and better support and mentor women Become a powerful resource for shared learning in the organization and community
