For over 25 years we have been producing and distributing packets of PDO Parmigiano Reggiano and other cheeses, from 5g to 5kg, grated, in shavings, in cubes. We work with Industry, Food Service, Retail channel and Private Label. We produce and market two brands of high quality snacks: Parmibreak and Speedybreak. We have used years of research and development to create a packaging able to reduce the use of PLASTIC by 70%, overcoming any standard related to the maintenance of the flavor and the organoleptic properties of the products and a shelf life of 6 months (we are working to achieve the year). 50% of the electricity used in our factories is generated by photovoltaic systems.
