SATHI Group was founded in the year 2006 in the U.A.E by Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal. The main goal was to use the 30 plus years of experience of manufacturing locally and internationally to secure a strong and a reliable presence. In 2008, The first factory was commissioned under the name of ‘Super Cement Manufacturing Co’ (SCMC) which is a 2.1 million tons of cement manufacturing in the capital of U.A.E. In 2009 the Ductile Iron Pipe plant was established under the name of Jindal SAW Gulf. In 2015 Lime Calcination plant was commissioned with 220,000Mt annual capacity. In 2016, a transportation company was established. The company own and operate more than 200 units, handling up to 4 Million tons of bulk cargo per Year. In 2009, the trading arm was established. The main products are building material such as, Slag, Calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, Fly Ash, Micro silica.
