Nordic Trout is the largest farmer of rainbow trout in Finland and Sweden. Our main products are fresh gutted rainbow trout, sea trout and rainbow trout roe, ‘red caviar’. Rainbow trout roe is a valued and tasty delicacy, the roe season is between November and January. We have 32 production facilities in Mainland Finland, Aland and Sweden. Annual production is approx. 10 million kilos of rainbow trout. Company turnover was €52 million in 2017. Nordic Trout is the only fish farming company in Finland that is able to offer fresh rainbow trout to wholesalers, commerce and further processing all year round.
