I am Paul Papamichael and I am the owner of Peritus Real Estate Agency, based in Larnaca Cyprus, reg. no 698 and license no 381. I am a graduate from the Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki in Greece, with a degree in Theology and from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a Bachelor of commerce degree. Since 2003 I am fully active as a real estate agent in the Cyprus property market, dealing with clients from all over the globe, providing them with my professional advice, depending on the clients’ requirements. I personally take care of the clients from the start to the end of the process and further down the line. With 14 years of experience, I have learned that the secret to success is being honest and respecting every client and I expect the same business practices from my staff and associates.
