COBEY Motion develops a wearable inertial motion capture technology for applications related to sports and medical statistics (biokinetic analysis) in collaboration with The Basement Startup Incubator @UCSD We're an independent graduate student research group analyzing the dynamics of the human body and the functionality of low-cost 9-axis IMUs. We're developing the technology from signal processing to control of the body in a virtual environment. We're reimagining the entire design process from forming a concept and identifying needs to recruiting members, establishing a working environment, and developing the hardware and software. We're forming professional relations with organizations, industry, and university faculty members
