John Godwin and Luke Rowlinson co-founded Creating Positive Futures (CPF). CPF and its community of partners are seeking out actionable, more equitable, residential property outcomes through innovation. We are driven to provide more useful 'design for society' and 'social enterprise' outcomes in our property developments and investments. For instance, yields from developments can be kept in property and offered as stock to community housing providers as a preference. We prefer to support manufacturing and construction partners that give social outcomes and learnings for young people are prioritised. Through our partnerships and collaborations CPF offer more than just a housing product or portfolio. We aim to build each development in conjunction with local social enterprise partners where possible. Each home developed creates an opportunity for someone to gain relevant skills and improve their self worth. We don't use people to build houses, we use the process of building houses to build people.
