With over 35 years of experience in a diversified range of industries, including Automotive Logistics, Warehouse Distribution, and Inclusion, I have a passion for helping others in their growth professionally as well as personally by being a Principal Coach and Consultant for 3 Day Consulting, INC. (3DCI). I believe my drive for coaching stems from my own experiences of learning, unlearning, and relearning. My expertise lie in creating a balance between team members and their development. I have been an advocate of inclusivity and had a consistently active approach during my years in both Toyota’s Veterans Organization (TVA) and Toyota’s Organization Development of Latinos (TODOS) by encouraging strategic recruitment efforts which are considerate of the work environment. Today, I feel privileged enough to pass my experiences on to others and aid them in reaching their career ambitions and goals through 3 Day Consulting, INC. (3DCI).
