Tandem Injury Management is a State of NH approved managed care organization offering nurse case management services for workers' compensation claims. Tandem has been offering case management services in NH since 2001 and has been a NH MCO since 2002. Tandem employs a pro-active, early intervention approach with “think outside the box” solutions. All nurses are available for both telephonic and field case management and are able to provide seamless services based on the needs of the claim as a result. The caseloads for our nurses are the lowest in our service area and vary depending on acuity, ensuring that their efforts are focused on managing the claims and moving the care forward rather than “putting out fires” because they are over-burdened with unmanageable caseloads. Tandem prides itself on outstanding communication with our patients, customers, and providers, making certain that all involved parties are up to date on the current plan and expectations moving forward.
