We work together with a cadre of independent consultants, veterinarians, technologists and consulting firms to assemble expert teams for local, national and international assignments. Recent assignments have included strategic direction, business development, industry-wide analysis, development of best management practices, biosecurity standards, capital equipment selection and project management, and technical writing. Recently, we have been invited to work with several First Nations in Northern Ontario to provide financial analysis and strategic assistance during the planning and negotiation of a new mine project on their traditional lands.
