Tulip Consultancy International (TCI) TCI is an international consultancy & trade firm established in Deventer (The Netherlands) specialized in conducting business with countries in booming markets such as Turkey, China, Iran, Kurdistan Regional Government(Northern Iraq) and countries in the region. We help Dutch companies export to and grow in countries mentioned above. The Dutch based TCI team is made up of lawyers, import- and export advisors, communications experts and sworn translators and interpreters who can be deployed in the Netherlands and abroad.
