Welcome to Cold Locker Processing and Storage; the best place to manufacture, package and store seafood in the Northwest. Cold Locker Seafood Processing and Storage, is a custom seafood production facility that takes client-owned seafood and provides custom processing services to meet the client's requirements and specifications. The plant and cold storage are registered with the FDA (Federal Department of Agriculture) and the WSDA (Washington State Department of Agriculture). The modern temperature controlled facility is designed to maintain proper temperatures throughout production and storage, along with Ozone air and water applications. The processing line accommodates a variety of products (finfish, crab, and shellfish) and has state-of-the-art equipment for portion control, weights and measures. Our specialty throughout the year consists of cutting frozen fillets from a variety of species into portions for the retail bagged and boxed programs. During the season harvest periods, we also provide fresh-to-fresh and fresh to frozen fillets. To support our commitment to quality, we have self-elected to have our H.A.C.C.P. (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plan and facility be certified by the BRC (British Retail Consortium) for low care (raw product, required to be cooked) and high care (previously cooked product) seafood production.
