The purpose of the Sales Institute is to help salespeople reach extraordinary levels of performance and actually enjoying their work at the same time. We believe that many sales teams are currently struggling as they are applying outdated methodologies to try and solve modern day sales challenges. The Sales Institute was established to provide organisations with insights and approaches to sales and sales management based on detailed research into what the most successful sales teams are doing. As managing director, Tim Keys has travelled extensively, delivering sales and sales management training for multi-nationals such as Microsoft, Dell and British Telecoms. Tim has also worked with local companies such as Woolworths Financial Services, Sanlam, Liberty Life, Internet Solutions, Mutual and Federal as well as T-Systems. Tim is also a programme director at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business where he manages and delivers a programme on Sales Management. Tim’s work has also been published in Sales Guru and Strategic Marketing Management.
