Trademarkings was created by Daniel McIntosh. Daniel worked as an intellectual property lawyer in traditional law firms for several years and quickly realised that much of the work of a law firm is administrative and paralegal work. He believed there could be a way that clients only paid for legal work and not paralegal or administrative work. And so 10 years ago he started his own firm which has since gone on to challenge the big established law firms, at only a fraction of the costs.
