"Science and business together for quality of life" SI4Life - Science and Enterprise is a new Consortium proposed as a scientific-technological Innovation Hub in Liguria with the aim to improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled people. Through high-level research, the objectives are to develop new tools, and aids and prosthetic products which when combined with innovative rehabilitation and educational re-training methods will allow development of tactile and aptic support, improved social integration and achievements, recovery skills, autonomy and quality of life for older people and those with sensory (vision, hearing), neuromotor and cognitive disabilities.
