The Central Minnesota Libraries Exchange (CMLE) is one of seven regional multitype library systems established to meet the needs of and share the resources of all types of libraries. We create a weekly library newsletter, a library training podcast "Linking Our Libraries," a book-themed podcast "Books and Beverages," and a growing array of online and in-person training classes for libraries, archives, and nonprofit management skills.
