Visual Process saves maintenance costs, and improve efficienct at Power, Oil and Gas plants by analysing critical sensor data and converting it into focused early alerts that are not seen by the regular control systems. Recently, Visual Process was tested at a Siemens Combined-Cycle Power Plant. By using data from about 750 sensors, we triggered a single meaningful alert 48 hours before the CCPP had an “unexpected” shut down. Our enterprise software solution is fast to integrate and implement, using existing sensor data.
