WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE HOSPITAL? When you arrive at the hospital you will be greeted by a receptionist who will ask you some questions to determine if your pet needs to be seen immediately. If so, your pet will be taken into the treatment area to be evaluated by a doctor. Otherwise, when it is your turn to be seen, you and your pet will be escorted into an exam room where the doctor will perform an initial examination. All clients will be asked to complete an admissions form so that we may properly address your pet's needs.
