Founded by Innovative Housing, Inc. in 2009 , IC$ is a nonprofit emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Loan Fund dedicated to helping low-income individuals and families, and those who otherwise lack adequate access to capital and/or financial services, manage short-term financial needs in order to achieve and maintain household stability. We do this through financial capability coaching and responsible small-dollar, credit-building consumer loans.
