Circle of hope is an approved registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We provide high quality and professional support services home based, centre based, and community based. We focus on the practise of living independently, at home and out in the community. We understand the difficulty that many participants face in accessing some supports and services outside of their homes. We therefore provide these supports and services from the comfort of participants homes. Circle of hope recognises that each participant is unique and special, and our support services are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
