Alpha College of Real Estate was founded in October of 1984 to provide real estate education in Virgina and surrounding states. Alpha provides both pre and post licensing training as well as designation courses to Virginia real estate agents. In July of 2008 Alpha purchased the North Carolina Academy of Real Estate allowing for expansion into a neighboring state. In addition to real estate training Alpha also offers pre and post licensing training for mortgage lenders, apprasiers and tradesmen.
