Bodmin College is excited to announce the launch of two new degree programs in Creative & Professional Writing and Business Management, to be held in the historic Shire House in Bodmin. The college has partnered with Falmouth University and the Bodmin Town Council to offer students the opportunity to study in a unique and inspiring location, while also gaining valuable knowledge and skills in their chosen field. The Creative & Professional Writing program will focus on developing students' writing skills and providing them with the knowledge and tools to pursue a career in writing and editing. The program will include courses in creative writing, journalism, publishing, and digital media. Students will have the opportunity to work with industry professionals, gain real-world experience, and take part in internships and projects. The Business Management program will provide students with a strong foundation in business and management, including courses in finance, marketing, and operations. The program will also include a focus on entrepreneurship, giving students the skills and knowledge to start their own businesses or work in a leadership role in a company. Students will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and take part in internships. Both programs will be taught by experienced professionals in their respective fields, and students will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders through guest lectures and workshops. In addition to the new programs, Bodmin College will continue to offer its FdA and BA (Hons) Digital Media program at the historic Shire House. This program, which focuses on digital media production, will provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to create and produce digital content for a variety of platforms.
