The Scottish Arbitration Centre is joint inititiative of the Scottish Government, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Law Society of Scotland, RICS Scotland and Faculty of Advocates. The purpose of the Centre is to promote the use of arbitration in Scotland, and to promote Scotland as a place to conduct international arbitration.
