Bob cut his teeth in the industry working for an ENR Top 150 contractor, starting in operations for several years before moving to the main office to help with the CMiC implementation. With his knack for technology and his love of teaching, Bob became the go-to guy for CMiC help. Over the next dozen years, Bob continued to expand his expertise in CMiC while taking on various roles in the company, including leading the company's training and development program and running project controls. Bob also became a leader in the CMiC Users Group (CMUG) and chaired the group in 2017. Upon reviewing his skill set, experience, and professional goals, Bob realized he was a natural for consulting. After a year of successfully leading CMiC implementations for one of the leading CMiC consultants, Bob decided to start his own venture.
