CMBS are a plumbing and heating contractor who began trading in 1989. We specialise in central heating installations, bathroom installations and special need/disabled adaptations. We have many local authority and housing association clients and have successfully completed various contracts in our areas of specialism since we began trading. We are a green deal approved installer which means our installations are possibly eligible for funding available. CMBS have the following accreditations, certifications and memberships: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safe Contractor, Green Deal (PAS 2030), NICEIC, SELECT, Snipef, Constructionline, Gas Safe. We are currently a contractor of the award winning Warmer Home Scotland Contract managed by Warmworks on behalf of the Scottish Government. We are also currently on a number of housing association frameworks which include I-Flair and Drumcog.
